Run history
Every manual + scheduled hunt for matching jobs. A run can either just draft applications for you to inspect, or actually send them.
What do these columns mean?
Mode
- Review — only drafts the applications, nothing is sent. Inspect what would go out before committing.
- Live — actually sends emails on your behalf and counts against your monthly cap.
Status
- Queued — waiting to start.
- Review — drafts ready for your approval.
- Sending — emails being dispatched.
- Complete — finished.
- Failed — the run errored before finishing.
Sent vs Skipped
Sent is how many applications were actually delivered to recipients.
Skipped is matches we found but did not send. Common reasons: you already applied to that company, your monthly cap is reached, no recipient email could be found, daily rate limit (per-user or per-domain), no card on file, or no verified reply-to. Click View on a row to see the per-draft reason.
